Shipping Protection Terms & Conditions

By purchasing Shipping Protection at checkout, you agree to the following terms:

Coverage

Shipping Protection covers the following issues that occur during transit:

  • Lost packages: Tracking shows no delivery and no package is received after 15 business days.
  • Stolen packages: Tracking shows “delivered,” but you did not receive the item and the issue is reported within 15 days.
  • Damaged items: Items arrive broken, leaking, or visibly compromised.

Requirements for Claims

To submit a claim, you must:

Contact us at sales@volufiline.net within 15 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost items).

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging (for damage claims).

Confirm that you checked with neighbors, household members, and your local carrier in the case of a missing delivery.

Exclusions

Shipping Protection does not cover:

  • Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier service interruptions
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Packages marked as delivered more than 15 days ago
  • Items returned to sender or refused at delivery

Resolution

If your claim is approved, we will issue a replacement of the original item(s) at no cost to you. Refunds are not provided under Shipping Protection.

 


 

Shipping Protection must be purchased at the time of checkout to be eligible for coverage. If not selected, Volufiline is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once they leave our fulfillment center.
